Group Functions
Welcome to Sarabah Estate Vineyard. Our group bookings are up to 12 guests. Groups of 12+ are required to be on one of our set menus below. Up to 20 guests. There is a 5% service fee on the day for all group bookings, 10% on Sundays and 15% on public holidays. Set Menus are subject to change due to seasonal produce. Beverages are ordered on a consumption basis when you arrive at The Chalet Bistro. Choose from our popular selection of Sarabah Estate Vineyard wines at the table or open cellar door, oh and bring an empty esky as you can purchase our in-house made take home cheeses, spreads and much, much more!
Option 1:
Enjoy a beautiful two-course entrée, a main meal with an alternate drop style menu and finish off your day with a house-made Sarabah Estate’s Very Good Gelato. $92 p.p
Option 2:
Enjoy a complimentary wine tasting for your group at our Tasting Room, followed by a decadent 3-course alternate drop style menu and finishing with a barista-made coffee or tea. $119 p.p

The Secret Garden
Capacity – 12 to 20 seated.
Minimum spends
Friday and Saturday – 2 or 3 Course Set Menu Lunch. $1000 minimum spend. Service charge: 5% fee. Arrival times: 12 pm.
Sunday – Two or Three Course Set Menu Lunch: $1000 minimum spend. Service charge: 10% fee. Arrival times: 12 pm
Tables can be arranged to accommodate each occasion and group.
The Olive Grove
Capacity – 12 to 30 seated.
Minimum spends
Friday and Saturday – 2 or 3 Course Set Menu Lunch. $1200 minimum spend. Service charge: 10 % fee. Arrival times: 12 pm.
Sunday – Two or Three Course Set Menu Lunch: $1200 minimum spend. Service charge: 10% fee. Arrival times: 12 pm

Bistro Hours
Friday 10 am – 4 pm Bistro and Wood Pizza available. Saturday 10 am – 8 pm Bistro and Wood Pizza available. Our Bistro kitchen closes at 4pm (Charcuterie and Wood Fire Pizzas til 8pm) .Sunday 10am – 4 pm Bistro and Wood Pizza available.
Service fees: Why are they charged?
This is a fairly standard fee because your space is not within our restaurant. It means we require additional ‘rockstar’ team members to service your table and provide an ideal experience for your guests. It requires a dedicated service person to keep your party, partying! Clink!
